Red Taverns

Red District

A hosted, bilingual website for a Toastmasters district — clubs, events, contests, awards, leadership, officer resources and news — run by your own officers, with no server to maintain and no plugin to update.

Who it is for

District leadership teams: the District Director, the Program Quality and Club Growth Directors, the Public Relations Manager, and whichever volunteer currently owns the website. Terms turn over every year, so the site is built for people who will hand it on — every screen is editable by an officer without touching code, and every change is recorded in an audit trail the next team can read.

  • Club directory, meeting details and a find-a-club search.
  • Events, contests and a conference site, with an event-submission inbox.
  • Awards, district history, leadership rosters and officer resources.
  • Volunteer openings and applications, kept apart from public content.
  • Published in English and French from one set of pages — bilingual URLs included, not bolted on.
  • Accessibility taken seriously, because a public-facing district site has to be.

Your district gets an address on day one

Every district is reachable at your-slug.districts.taverns.red from the moment it is created — no DNS to request, no certificate to wait for. Your officers can build the whole site there, look at it, and sign it off before anything public changes.

When you are ready, point your district’s own domain at it and that becomes the address people see. Your domain stays yours; the platform address quietly steps aside.

Get started

Sign-up is not open yet. Red District is live and serving districts today, but it is not taking new subscriptions through this page — an address for enquiries will appear here when it is.
